The above mentioned proposals for employment is our best bet, from contact with others who have experience in this area.

The park currently has 4 employees in the season, which will also be part of the daily work team in this project.

The project will be operated as an independent institution.

The mentally disabled must have an IQ of min. 35 and be self-reliant.


OUR GOAL:
THE UDV.H. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DAILY OPERATION IN SEASON. In WINTER PERIOD WILL BE THE HELP TO PREPARE FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON, PARALLEL TO PRODUCE CREATIVE THINGS / UNIQUE TO BE SOLD IN OUR SHOP IN SEASON.

CREATIVE LINE:

Here we produce paintings, ceramics, needlework, things made of wood, concrete etc. This would also be part of the tourist's experience of / on site. (Workshops, where the audience can also participate).

GREEN LINE:

We work in the garden by manufacturing eg perennials, holding vegetable garden where we grow vegetables, which the audience can get an experience of seeing, but also buy the home or tasting on site. (A "farm to table" experience.)

The daily maintenance of the area will also be an integral part of life, like. weeding, mowing.

We will make innovations in the garden's greenery, for example. new flower beds, orchard.

Caretaker-LINE:

Here you work with daily maintenance of the whole area, both inside and out, like. changing light bulbs, repairing buildings.

We will make innovations in the area, for example. new fence, fireplaces.

ANIMAL-LINE:

Here you will participate in the daily feeding, care and surveillance of the animals. Our experience shows that the handling of animals provide a positive experience and positively impact the mentally disabled, especially working with horses. This line is particularly sought after.

SHOP-LINE:

Here you will participate in the daily handling of customers and help items in the store. This allows personal challenge in contact with customers. Learn to handle money / cash / cash register. Low exhibitions in the shop / gallery, so the products sell best. Serving customers in connection with the cafe and thus learn about cleaning and hygiene.

MADLINJE:

Here to participate to cook food for customers and learn about cleaning and hygiene. Cook for the employees. Here it is also important to be served with a smile.

CENTER LINE:

Maintains area machines, supplier of semi-finished products for commercial enterprises such. lighting kit, bobsleighs. Production of creative things for sale at our store and possibly. other stores.

IT LINE:

Here you will participate in updating the website, making signs to the park's animals, price tags, etc. Low salable things including animal motifs, taken with the camera and further processed on PC.

CONCLUSION:
These lines should be construed as an offer to the mentally disabled.

There may also be some who need to switch to a different line during the day. This is also possible.
